unit 4 questions

My reaction to the exercise. Its was good for me to do this relaxing excerise especially right now with the stress of loosing hrs at work because of the holiday being over plus the stress of being almost out of college and worrying about not finding a job in my career Field.

what is a mental work out? this i think is when you take a break from every day life and relax your mind. Stress such as from a job or school can take your mind and make more headachs and also give away reasonoing.and mistakes happen.
